Betsy Bugg

Betsy Bugg is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in management and operations within prominent companies. At Macy's, from December 2019 to February 2022, Betsy served as Senior Director- Store Manager, overseeing a dual box operation with over $50 million in business and a team of more than 200 colleagues, focusing on talent development, customer experience, and merchandise execution. Previous roles at Macy's included Assistant Store Manager, where effective talent analysis and leadership development were emphasized, and District Merchant for the New England District, leading 22 stores and influencing overall sales and customer experiences.
