Blake Hilliard has over 25 years of experience in merchandising and planning, primarily with Walmart, where roles have included Group Director of Omni Merchandising, Vice President of Merchandising Planning, and several director-level positions. Responsibilities have encompassed leadership of large teams, full P&L management, strategic development of merchandising and operations processes, and crisis management planning. Hilliard has considerable expertise in the realms of local market analysis, financial management, and merchandise planning across varied store formats, and has been recognized for outstanding contributions with multiple "Buyer of the Year" awards. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from Henderson State University.
