Bruce Thompson

Bruce Thompson is a retired professional with extensive experience in labor relations and human resources. They served as the Senior Director of Labor Relations at Walmart, Inc. from 2010 to 2021, overseeing multiple business units and supporting retail facilities across the U.S. Prior to Walmart, they held various leadership positions at Safeway Inc., including Vice President of Labor Analysis and Productivity Strategies, where they played a key role in restructuring labor agreements. Bruce earned an MBA in Human Resources and Entrepreneurial Management from the University of California, Riverside and a BS in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
