Cody Pense, MBA, is the Director of Sourcing Quality at Walmart Sourcing, where they focus on quality management in the consumables and health and wellness sectors. Previously, Cody served as a Quality Manager at The Bama Companies, Inc., and held various roles at Kraft Foods Group, including Operations Supervisor and Senior Quality Supervisor. Cody's extensive experience encompasses the operational and quality aspects of high-speed food manufacturing facilities, demonstrating a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams toward efficiency and safety. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith and an MBA from Southern Nazarene University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.
