Colin Sangster

Colin Sangster is an experienced senior director in real estate with a strong background in energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Director II at Walmart since July 2014, Colin leads a team focused on LED upgrades, solar energy, electric vehicle charging, and submetering projects. Prior to Walmart, Colin held various roles at Asda from July 2008 to July 2014, including Director of Real Estate & Portfolio Management and Head of Property Acquisitions, responsible for new store acquisitions in various regions. Colin also served as Development Manager and Retail Agent in earlier positions, demonstrating a continuous commitment to retail development and property management since starting a career in the industry in December 1990. Colin's educational background includes formative years at Turriff from 1982 to 1988.
