Cooper Swanson is currently the Group Director of Sourcing & Trade Compliance Services at Walmart, leading various global functions to support supply chain compliance risk identification and mitigation. Previously, Cooper served as the Director of Responsible Sourcing for Latin America at Walmart, overseeing the integration of responsible sourcing practices in multiple regions. Earlier roles include Senior Manager of Responsible Sourcing in global eCommerce and human rights strategy, along with experience as a Sourcing Analyst at Volvo Trucks. Cooper also volunteered with the Peace Corps, engaging in sustainable projects across health care, microenterprise development, and education. Cooper holds an International MBA from the University of South Carolina and a BS in Business Management from North Carolina State University.
