Cristen Sparks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital operations and project management. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Digital Operations Support at Walmart since September 2013, Cristen has developed strong expertise in leading teams and enhancing operational efficiency. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager Operations at Walmart and serving as Assistant Manager for ETL-HL at Target from November 2010 to January 2013. Cristen began a career in retail management as a Store Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch from April 2007 to November 2010. Cristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
