Dana Drawve, Ph. D., is an experienced senior director at Walmart, overseeing people partnerships for Automation & Innovation, Energy Retail, and Real Estate since October 2014. Dana has successfully designed and launched new business initiatives centered on organizational design, recruitment practices, and talent management strategies for approximately 13,000 associates.
