Doug Miller

Doug Miller currently serves as Senior Manager of Structural Packaging and Sustainability at Walmart since January 2025. Prior to Walmart, Doug was a Senior Packaging Engineer at Petco from 2021 to August 2025, leading the technical development of packaging solutions for a variety of Petco owned brands and collaborating with cross-functional teams. From April 2008 to April 2020, Doug held the position of Director of Creative Services at PVH Corp., where responsibility included cultivating creative strategies for both owned and licensed brands across multiple product categories. Earlier, Doug was the Creative Brand Manager at Mulberry Neckwear from January 2000 to July 2008, overseeing marketing strategies and daily operations for the creative services team managing several licenses.
