Emily Haynes has over a decade of experience in compensation and rewards management, primarily at Walmart from February 2012 to January 2024, where roles included VP of Walmart US Total Rewards and Senior Director for Total Rewards in the Stores Supply Chain and Transportation. Previous positions held include Sr. Director of Total Rewards Strategy and Portfolio, Compensation Manager, and Compensation Analyst, focusing on the development and implementation of competitive compensation plans for Sam's Club US facilities. Prior to Walmart, Emily worked at Sam's Club from September 2014 to March 2018 as Sr. Compensation Manager and Compensation Manager, further solidifying expertise in aligning compensation strategies with business objectives.
