Eric Phan

Eric Phan has extensive experience in business strategy and merchandising operations, predominantly with Walmart since June 2014. In roles ranging from Replenishment Manager to Director of Merchandising Operations, Eric has demonstrated significant leadership and operational expertise. Prior to Walmart, Eric worked at BNSF Railway as a Trainmaster and completed a Transportation Management Trainee program. Additionally, Eric started a career in logistics as a Logistics Engineering Intern at Walmart and contributed to academic research as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Arkansas. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas, where education was completed in 2012.
