Hetvi Damodhar is a seasoned business leader currently serving as Senior Director of eComm Personalization and Social Commerce at Walmart since September 2022, overseeing a $2B+ recommendations and personalization engine while driving growth through new AI models and customer experiences. Prior experience includes a tenure at Mars from March 2011 to August 2022, where Hetvi held various leadership roles, such as Global User Centricity Senior Director, spearheading digital transformation and consumer-centric products, and Marketing Director for KIND, managing brand P&L and innovation that resulted in significant growth. Educational credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Master’s in Food Science from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor’s in Biotechnology Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
