Josh Gilbert

Josh Gilbert has extensive experience in supply chain management and industrial engineering, with a notable background as a consultant at Goldratt Consulting from March 2017 to May 2023. During this time, Josh successfully led a supply chain software implementation project that reduced inventory holdings by approximately $450 million and improved fill rates while managing a database for $2 billion in inventory across 50,000 SKUs. Previous roles include Project Manager where Josh significantly reduced project lead times and labor hours in international locations, and Industrial Engineer positions at Boeing and Parker Hannifin, where Josh developed data analytics tools and led lean production system improvements. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Walmart, Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University and a Master's degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University.
