Mackenzi Crank is a seasoned professional in the field of organizational psychology and research, currently serving as Group Director of Global People Strategy and Innovation at Walmart since October 2021, following a series of senior leadership roles within Walmart Global Tech. Previously, Mackenzi held various statistician and research analyst positions at State Farm from August 2011 to January 2019, where complex research projects were designed and executed to enhance employee engagement and organizational change.
