Maren Dollwet Waggoner

Maren Dollwet Waggoner, Ph.D., serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Tech and Corporate Functions People at Walmart and has held several senior vice president roles within the company, including Senior Vice President of People Walmart U.S. and Senior Vice President of Digital & Customer People Partner. Waggoner is also a Board Member for the Northwest Arkansas Community College Foundation and an Adjunct Professor at Claremont Graduate University. Prior experience includes directing Human Resources and Talent Management at Ticketmaster and managing Human Resources at DIRECTV. Waggoner holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University and a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida.
