Michelle Green is a Certified Scrum Master and holds an ITIL v3 Foundation certification. With a diverse background at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., beginning in 1996 as an Application Administrator, Michelle developed the first web page for the area while supporting distribution center systems. From 2004 to May 2019, Michelle progressed through various roles, including Project Manager II and Senior Business Analyst/IT Project Manager/Scrum Master, leading compliance technology initiatives using behavior-driven development methodologies. Additionally, experiences include writing training manuals for new systems, ensuring Y2K compliance, and supporting system rollouts. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Transportation and Logistics from the University of Arkansas.
