Molly Odom

Molly Odom is a dedicated professional with a strong background in food safety and quality management. They began their career as a Quality Technician at Rembrandt Foods before moving to Nestlé as a Quality Specialist. Molly held various roles at Simmons Foods, including Quality Superintendent and Quality Supervisor, and later became a Quality Manager at Nutra Blend LLC. Currently, they serve as the Sr. Manager of Supplier Food Safety at Walmart. Molly also holds a Master's degree in Food Safety from the University of Arkansas and dual Bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry and Chemistry from Missouri Southern State University.
