Patty Sims

Patty Sims has spent over a decade at the intersection of technology and social impact, currently serving as Senior Manager II for Walmart.org Tech Strategy since 2022. Prior to this role, Patty held positions such as Head of Product at Good Grid and Director of Community Engagement at Harmony Health Clinic, focusing on implementing programs that enhance nonprofit effectiveness. They have also worked as a Reentry Manager at Arkansas Community Corrections and served as an Academic Advisor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Patty earned a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hendrix College.
