Russell Locetta

Russell Locetta is an experienced engineer specializing in reliability and rotating equipment, currently serving as a Regional Reliability Engineer and Rotating Equipment Engineer for Cargill since February 2022. Utilizing expertise in project management, Russell is a key member of the integrated project management team for Heartwell Renewables, contributing to the development of a $700MM renewable diesel refinery in Hastings, NE, and achieving notable cost savings of $9 million in CAPEX. Prior roles include Regional Reliability Engineer at Air Liquide and Maintenance and Reliability Engineer at Shell, where Russell managed asset integrity and proactive monitoring for numerous facilities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and advanced training through Shell's technical programs in reliability, maintenance, and turnarounds.
