Shay'na Fields is an accomplished professional with a robust background in civic engagement, legislative strategy, and public relations. Experience includes roles at the United Nations, City of Snellville, Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, and Walmart, where responsibilities spanned from coordinating youth voter registration drives to managing federal government affairs and advocating for racial equity. As a co-founder and director of partnerships at The Hoskins Institute, Shay'na leads initiatives aimed at promoting scalable social change.
