Tracy Dufault

Tracy Dufault has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tracy began their career in the United States Army, where they served as a scout helicopter pilot and leader before leaving active duty in 2002. Tracy continued to serve in the Army Reserves until 2004, reaching the rank of Major.

After their military service, Tracy worked as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Co in 2003, where they focused on small business strategy and analysis. Tracy supported client teams in developing national proposals and conducting competitive analysis.

In 2004, Tracy joined HEB and held various roles, including Associate Business Development Manager, Business Development Manager, and Management Associate. Tracy was responsible for project management, clustering, and assortment technology, leading a software development project with a budget of $5M. Tracy also demonstrated their retail operations expertise, achieving sales and profit growth as a Store Director.

Tracy then moved on to General Mills in 2011, where they held positions such as Category Development Manager, Key Account Manager, and Customer Manager. Tracy played a crucial role in managing relationships with major retail partners and developing marketing strategies.
