Tracy Dufault

Tracy Dufault is currently the Vice President of the Board of Directors at Sheep Dog Impact Assistance and also holds the position of SVP Merchandising Operations Leader at Walmart U.S. With a strong background in business development, project management, and retail operations, Tracy has held various leadership roles at companies such as General Mills, HEB, and Daymon Worldwide. Tracy's experience also includes serving as a Major in the United States Army as a scout helicopter pilot and leader in Army Aviation. Tracy holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
