Cassandra Jacobson

Cassandra Jacobson is an experienced educator specializing in special education, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Resource Specialist at Walnut Creek School District since August 2016, Cassandra has previously taught as a Special Education Teacher at Dublin Unified School District from August 2014 to June 2016 and at Saratoga Union School District from August 2005 to June 2014. Cassandra's career began at Santa Clara County Office of Education, where Cassandra worked as an Autism Project Teacher from August 2002 to July 2005. Cassandra holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Communicative Disorders and Sciences, both from San Jose State University.
