Hillary Campbell's work experience includes several roles in national sales and management positions. Hillary most recently worked at Walpole Outdoors as the Director of National Sales since December 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of National Sales Specialist at the same company from July 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Walpole Outdoors, Hillary worked at Plainridge Park Casino as the Banquets/Catering Sales Manager from February 2018 to September 2020. In this role, they were responsible for running daily operations of banquet events, including corporate seminars, trade shows, weddings, and social events. Hillary also helped build new menus and rewrote the previous contract. Hillary also served as the Catering Sales Manager at Plainridge Park Casino during the same period.

From June 2015 to February 2018, Hillary worked at Lake Pearl Wrentham as the Sales Manager. Their responsibilities included promoting, contracting, and detailing corporate, wedding, and social events. Hillary exceeded sales goals and actively participated in trade shows and networking events to expand the business.

Hillary's career also includes positions at Darden as a Manager from July 2014 to May 2015, Longhorn Steakhouse as a Service Manager from July 2014 to 2015, Ruby Tuesday as a Guest Service Manager from November 2012 to July 2014, Off the Vine Catering as an Event Manager/Lead Bartender from January 2010 to November 2013, Gillette Stadium as a Suite Level Supervisor from January 2010 to October 2012, Chateau Restaurant as a Floor Manager/Function Manager from January 2006 to January 2010, and Pool & Patio Specialists as an Assistant Sales Manager from January 2005 to January 2006.

Hillary Campbell attended Norwood High School from 1980 to 1982, where they obtained a degree in Liberal Arts. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained a Serve Safe certification from ANSi in May 2019 and a Certified Food Safety Manager certification from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP) in March 2014. Hillary also has certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR. Additionally, they hold a TIPS certification.
