Michelle Schreib

Michelle Schreib serves as the Director of BIM and Virtual Construction at Walsh Brothers, Inc. since December 2009, leading all Virtual Construction initiatives and overseeing the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across projects. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of BIM Manager and Estimator at Bovis Lend Lease, where expertise in 3D, 4D BIM modeling, and logistics planning was leveraged for various projects in higher education and healthcare sectors. Experience at Skanska USA Building Inc. included VDC Model Management, focusing on 4D visualizations for proposals, while earlier work as an Estimator at Macomber Builders involved creating BIM models and project engineering. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
