Adam Derx

Adam Derx is an experienced professional in construction technology, currently serving as the Director of Construction Technology at The Walsh Group's National Building Group Federal East since March 2011. Adam has advanced BIM/VDC methodologies, focusing on multi-trade BIM coordination, cost estimating, site logistics, and as-built development. Prior to this role, Adam held positions as a Senior BIM & Construction Technology Manager and Assistant Project Manager at Walsh. Previous experience includes serving as a BIM/Project Manager at 3di Architecture, where Adam implemented Autodesk Revit across project phases and managed BIM standards. Adam started in the field as an Architecture Intern at MWT Architecture and as a 3D Renderer at Kessel Construction. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Alfred State College.
