Michael Roon

Michael Roon is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience at The Walsh Group, where roles have included Regional Quality Manager and Quality Manager II since June 2016. In these positions, Michael serves as a quality champion, overseeing project quality management, material management, and documentation to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable project execution while mentoring project staff in quality management principles. Previous roles include Assistant Superintendent, Project Engineer, and Construction Laborer, with responsibilities ranging from field operations management to engineering tasks in water and wastewater treatment plant construction. Prior to the construction sector, Michael held various roles including Maintenance Director and Licensed Clinical Psychologist Intern, showcasing a diverse background in psychology and facilities management. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Governors State University and an Associate’s Degree in Psychology/Pre-med from Moraine Valley Community College.
