Richard Rivera is an accomplished Quality Control Manager II at The Walsh Group, overseeing high-stakes projects including a $1 billion design-build regional rail line and a $193 million bus rapid transit project. Rivera's expertise extends to managing quality assurance for significant developments, such as a $50 million FBI headquarters designed with blast-resistant features.
