Rania Labaki

Rania Labaki serves as an Associate Professor of Finance and Family Business and the Director of the EDHEC Family Business Centre at EDHEC Business School since January 2016. In addition, Rania is a Fellow at Cornell University and a Board Member of The Family Firm Institute. Rania has held the position of Editor In Chief at De Gruyter since January 2017 and previously served as an Associate Professor of Management Sciences at Université de Bordeaux until September 2024, where significant contributions included program direction for the Master of Finance and Wealth Management and lectures across various management and finance subjects. Rania's involvement extends to multiple organizations, including a board membership at IFERA and advisory roles at Lansberg·Gersick & Associates. Rania's educational background includes a PhD in Management Sciences from Université de Bordeaux, an MBA from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, and a certificate in Women Leadership Development from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
