Ceri’s 20+ years of traffic engineering involves traffic planning, engineering analysis and design for a variety of clients. His experience with transportation planning, signal warrants, design, timing, synchronization, optimization and integration; traffic impact studies; light rail transit simulation, modeling and analysis; signing, striping, and lighting; and traffic control plans are all aided by his vast knowledge of transportation software. Ceri is involved with the National Society of Black Engineers, Institute of Transportation Engineers, and the American Society of Civil Engineers. After earning his Master of Science in Transportation Planning from the University of New Orleans-Louisiana and Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, he became a licensed professional engineer in Texas as well as a registered Professional Transportation Planner and Traffic Operations Engineer.
