Charles Simmons

Charles Simmons is a retired COL (Ret) who has had an extensive career in the military and research field. With experience in various leadership roles, including Brigade Commander and Deputy Chief of Staff, Medical, Charles has worked at organizations such as the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research and United States Army Pacific. Simmons holds a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University and a B.S. in Microbiology & Psychology from Howard University.
