Russ Parnell

Russ Parnell is an experienced structural engineering professional currently serving as Structural Engineering Manager and Partner at WalterFedy since May 2014. Parnell has held several key positions within WalterFedy, including Structural Engineering Practice Leader and Senior Associate. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Civil & Structural Engineer at Morton Jagodich Incorporated and Structural Engineer at DIALOG. Parnell began a career in technical coordination at RWDI.
