Andrea Bird

Andrea Bird has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting. Andrea started their career as a Senior Accountant at Washington Mutual in 1999, where they were responsible for financial reporting, GL reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Andrea also provided management reports and balance sheet information for board meetings. In 2006, they became an Accounting Manager at Bank of America, where they managed the accounting department and performed various financial tasks including journal entries, GL reconciliations, and inter-company settlements. In 2008, they joined QBE FIRST as a Senior Accountant, where they continued their work in financial reporting and month-end close processes. Andrea then worked as a Staff Accountant at Cuba Travel Services from 2014 to 2017 and as a Staff Senior Accountant at Pacific Life from 2017 to 2018. Andrea also had a short-term role as an Accountant at Talley LLP in 2018. Most recently, they have been working at Walters Wholesale Electric Co. as a Staff Accountant since 2018. Andrea has demonstrated flexibility, self-motivation, and the ability to work well under pressure throughout their career.
