Ron Decker is an experienced law-enforcement and training professional currently serving as Law Enforcement Training Director and Law Enforcement Channel Manager at Walther Arms, Inc., a role he has held since May 2022. In this capacity, Ron oversees national law-enforcement training programs and supports strategic agency partnerships across the United States.
In addition to his role at Walther, Ron is the owner of Foampro, founded in October 2019, and Decker Transportation LLC, which he has operated since July 2014.
Ron previously served with the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office from September 2003 through November 2022, where he held the rank of K9 Handler Corporal from 2011 to 2022. He has extensive tactical experience and is currently an active member of the Sebastian County SWAT Team.
Ron completed his formal law-enforcement education through the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy.
