Rachel Pianalto Strickland is a seasoned professional in arts management and education with extensive experience in fundraising and dance instruction. Currently serving as Director of Individual Giving at Walton Arts Center and Walmart AMP since April 2016, Rachel has held various roles including Annual Giving Manager and Sr. Development Coordinator, where Rachel has excelled in cultivating donor relationships, conducting prospect research, and managing solicitations. Additionally, Rachel is a Dance Instructor at Rhythm & Shoes Dance Studio, teaching classes for children ages 3-13. Previous roles include Interim Education Manager and Teaching Artist at Trike Theatre, where Rachel organized programming and led various classes. Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Cultural Policy and Arts Management from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Science in American Dance Pedagogy from Oklahoma City University.
