Mark Clinton

Mark Clinton is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as a Sergeant Investigator at Walton County Georgia Sheriff's Office since January 2023. Prior experience includes positions as a Master Deputy Sheriff at Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office from October 2019 to January 2023, and as a Patrol Corporal at Bartow County Sheriff's Office from October 2015 to October 2019. Mark's career in law enforcement began in August 2002 at Walton County Sheriff's Office, where roles included Patrol Sergeant and various positions in jail, patrol, and criminal investigations. Mark Clinton completed the Peace Officer training program at Northeast Georgia Police Academy in 2004 and holds a diploma from Loganville High School, as well as having attended Georgia State University Perimeter College for General Studies in 1997.
