Deb Garner has over 40 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Walton County School District since July 2018 and as an HR Coordinator for Gwinnett County Public Schools since 2003. Key responsibilities have included overseeing the Title IIA Grant, monitoring the professionally qualified progress of educators, strategic planning, and the recruitment and certification of educators.
