Carly Bolger

Carly is a program officer for the K-12 Education Program, focusing on the foundation’s grantmaking in Illinois and Memphis. Before joining the foundation, she was a consultant with charter school management organizations, school districts, state departments of education, and other state agencies on projects including charter school authorization, school evaluations, and authorizer training. Prior to her consulting work, Carly was executive director of the Office of New Schools for Chicago Public Schools.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics with a minor in French from Miami University and a Master of Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
