Kim Evans

Kim Evans currently serves as a Senior Program Officer for Special Projects at Walton Family Foundation since February 2021. Evans has been a member of the Board of Directors at Southern Bancorp since May 2010, holding roles on the Internal Audit Committee and as Chair of the Governance Committee. Previous positions include Senior Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations and Senior Director of Development at UAMS from August 2016 to February 2021, as well as Legal Affairs and Planned Giving Director at Arkansas Community Foundation from April 2011 to August 2016, where responsibilities included Professional Advisor Outreach and Planned Gifts. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Development and Client Services with oversight of major and complex gifts, and Director of the UALR Center for Nonprofit Organizations from March 2005 to April 2011, focusing on nonprofit management consultation. Kim Evans holds a J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a BSFS in International Economics from Georgetown University.
