Teresa Ish

Teresa Ish is an experienced leader in sustainable seafood and fisheries management, currently serving as a Senior Program Officer and Oceans Initiative Lead at the Walton Family Foundation since June 2013, where Teresa oversees a $30 million budget and a team focused on leveraging seafood supply chains to enhance ocean health. Previous roles include Principal at Ku'ula Kai Consulting, Project Manager at the Environmental Defense Fund, and Director of Science at FishWise, a co-founded organization aimed at bridging sustainability gaps in the seafood industry. Teresa's academic credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Finance from Harvard Extension School, an Executive Education in Business Strategies for Environmental Sustainability from Stanford, and advanced degrees in Marine Science and Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
