The Program Directors at the Walton Family Foundation oversee and manage initiatives within their respective domains—environmental conservation, regional development, education (K-12 and systemic learning), and equity & inclusion. They strategize, implement, and evaluate programs to advance the foundation’s mission of improving education, enhancing environmental efforts, and elevating community quality of life.
