Ariful Islam worked as the Sr. Operative Director and Head of AC R&D at Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited starting from December 2015. Ariful'sresponsibilities included developing production processes for better quality products, sourcing new machines, and addressing problems throughout the production and market feedback cycle. Prior to that, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Butterfly Group (LG-Butterfly) from January 2014 to December 2015. In this role, they executed quality assurance activities, prepared reports on quality failures, and implemented quality inspection systems.
Ariful Islam's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Rangtia High School. There, they completed their secondary education, earning their S.S.C with a focus in Science. After graduating from high school, Ariful Islam moved on to Cambrian College where they pursued a Higher Secondary degree from 2006 to 2008, also specializing in Science. In 2008, they enrolled in Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Mechanical Engineering, graduating in 2013.
