Shafi Md. Istiak is a Mechanical Engineer specializing in machine design, currently employed at Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited since June 2021, where Shafi designed and developed two unique Pneumatic U-bending machines, achieving significant cost savings and conducting international visits to address process-related challenges. Previously, Shafi worked as an Application Engineer at Innovate Engineering & Development, contributing to the design of a 32 MW HFO Power Plant and industrial warehouse systems. Shafi began the professional journey with a trainee role at Bangla Trac Limited, gaining valuable workshop experience. Shafi holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology, earned from 2015 to 2019.
