Charles Parson

Charles Parson currently serves as an Analyst on the Acquisitions Team at Walton Street Capital since July 2024. Previously, Charles was a Summer Analyst at Walton Street Capital in summer 2023 and participated in the SEO Real Estate Edge program, gaining industry-specific training and personalized coaching from May 2022. In summer 2022, Charles completed an internship as a DWS dbAchieve Summer Analyst within the Real Estate Team, focusing on portfolio management and acquisitions. An externship with Goldman Sachs in 2021 provided exposure to various divisions and professional networking skills. Charles Parson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Minor in Real Estate from the University of Notre Dame, graduating in 2024, and possesses a high school diploma from Salesianum School, awarded in 2020.
