Jim Holmes has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. Jim began their career at Turner Construction as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing various construction projects. Jim then moved on to Trammell Crow Company, where they served as Vice President of Development, leading the development and disposition of a range of projects in the Midwest. Currently, Jim is employed at Walton Street Capital as a Senior Principal/VP Asset Management, responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets valued at over $3.5 billion.
Jim Holmes earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. Jim then pursued further education, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they studied from 2004 to 2006.
