Mark Stroup is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Waltonen Engineering since August 2007, Mark is responsible for a wide range of employee-related functions, including new hire orientations, performance reviews, counseling, and benefits administration. Additionally, Mark acts as the EEO Officer and contributes to the development of the company's Affirmative Action Plan. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Recruiter at Thinkpath and Bryant Bureau, as well as serving as a Human Resources/Recruiting Supervisor at Comau Inc.
