Beining Niu

Beining Niu has a wealth of work experience in the healthcare field. In 2016, they began their career as a Healthcare Management Program Intern at Northwell Health. The following year, they interned at Weill Cornell Medicine in the Compliance and Privacy Office. In 2018, they joined NYU Langone Health where they held the roles of Manager of Hospital Operations, Project Manager of Hospital Operations, and Administrative Fellow. Most recently, they began working at Waltz Health as a Senior Manager of Operations in 2022.

Beining Niu holds a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree from Cornell University's Sloan Program in Health Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Development with a minor in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: a Prosci Change Management Methodology Certification from NYU Langone Health in January 2020, and a Six Sigma Black Belt from Cornell University in December 2017.
