Lajean Rau-Keene

Lajean Rau-Keene is an experienced writer and editor with a robust background in journalism and advertising. Currently serving as a Senior Copywriter at Walz Tetrick Advertising since April 2011, Lajean previously held various editorial roles at The Kansas City Star from 1994 to 2010, including Assistant Features Editor, Letters Editor and Readers’ Representative, and Copy Editor and Page Designer. Lajean's experience encompasses lifestyle coverage, editorial management, and audience engagement, with a focus on meeting daily deadlines and producing high-quality content. Earlier career positions include editing at The Kansas State Collegian and internships at The Wichita Eagle and The Manhattan Mercury.
