Hilario "Larry" Rosario, PE, CEM, MBA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both engineering and real estate. Currently serving as a licensed realtor and investor at Walzel Properties, LLC since February 2022, Rosario transitioned to real estate after a substantial career in engineering, including roles such as Sr. Engineering Manager at McNeil Consumer Healthcare and Operations Director at Johnson & Johnson Venezuela. With an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of New Orleans and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Rosario has a robust background in operational management, project development, and compliance within reputable organizations.
