In 2016, Rebecca became the CEO and Co-Founder of WAMBI, LLC, a company that focuses on bridging the gap between employee engagement and patient satisfaction in healthcare. Under their leadership, Wambi transformed from an in-house custom solution to a fully-scaled commercial offering, implemented in healthcare settings across the country. In 2017, they also co-founded Carepostcard, a public platform dedicated to recognizing and appreciating healthcare providers, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
