They have worked as an Audit Associate and later as an Audit Senior at EY, specializing in ICT and financial services audits, and they have led financial operations at firms like Baker Tilly and Paytend. Currently, Hazel serves as the Vice Director of Accounting at Wan Bridge Group, overseeing financial reporting and compliance across multiple companies. Their educational background includes a Master's in International Management and Global Business from the University of Limerick and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Dalian Jiaotong University.
